Maple Country Chapter Come enjoy wildlife lectures, hands on training in turkey calling, fishing, firearm safety, archery and much more. Enjoy learning from local sportsmen and outdoors enthusiasts. Ages 17 and under are welcome but you must be accompanied by an adult. Lunch and refreshments will be provided and all youth will receive a free raffle ticket at the gate for a chance to win a 20ga, single shot shotgun, fly rod set, outdoor gear, turkey calls or other items used in the demonstrations. Admission is $5 per child and includes a one year JAKES membership. Pre-registration by July 20 is required to be eligible for free gift and raffle items. 14th Annual Hunting Heritage Banquet.
The annual Chapter Banquet is scheduled for September 11th, 2008 at the EOUV Club. The evening will begin a t 6pm with cocktails and the festivities and dinner to follow. The banquet will include door prizes, gun raffles, general merchandise raffles, games, silent auction and live aucitons. Ticket pricing is $65 for a Single/ $95 for a couple. Sorry, no same sex couple tickets (thats only legal in California so far). Single tickets include an NWTF membership, dinner, open bar, door prizes and a door gun raffle ticket. Couples tickets add an additional dinner and open bar. All interested volunteers, donors and sponsors should contact one of the officers or committee members. This year is gearing up to be a great time, mark your calender now.
Donors and sponsors will have the ability to advertise in the banquet program in business card, 1/2 page or full page ads for various levels of doantion. This years Program will be set up in a 15 month calandar format. Sponsors or merchandise donors at a $500 level or more will have the opportunity to have their buisness information/logo superimposed on one of the months Photos. Contact one of our committee members for more details. Larger donors will be offered space on the website page. Contact any committee member to find out the levels of donation.
